HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER
You can practice with the club up to three times without commitment. If you want to have more information you can contact our board through mail or just ask them anything you want to know at one of our practice sessions. They are very happy to help you.
If you wish to become a member of our club then please fill out the registration form, print it and give it to a member of the board at practice. We have registration forms there as well, in case you can’t print the form yourself.
GSTTV Idéfix is a student-club of the ACLO. To become a member of GSTTV Idéfix you need to have an ACLO card and be a student or be graduated at RUG or Hanze. There are some exceptions so that we can offer some people a membership without being a student. If you are/were not a student at Hanze or RUG, please check the possibilities of becoming a member with the board. Click here for more information about the ACLO pass or go to the ACLO site.
CONTRIBUTION
Each member has to pay G.S.T.T.V. Idéfix contribution and NTTB basic contribution.
Idéfix operates two seasons: autumn season which is from September till January and spring season which is from February till June

TERMINATE MEMBERSHIP
If you want to stop at our club as of February 1st then you have to
terminate your membership before January 1st.
If you want to stop at our club as of September 1st then you have to
terminate your membership before August 1st.
If you terminate your membership after these dates you will have payment obligations for the rest of the season. You can terminate your membership by sending an email to the secretary of GSTTV Idéfix (secretary@gsttvidefix.nl).
